ABOUT
Hens and Chicks Workshops are hands-on experiences that can include reading, crafting, and audio/visual stimulation, as well as collaborative team building and socialization exercises (while keeping COVID-19 compliant, of course*). We will use a variety of mediums and disciplines to allow participants to creatively reflect upon and interpret the day's workshop. The goal is to encourage attendees to immerse themselves in a creative atmosphere where there are no right or wrong answers and no traditional metrics for success such as grading. Workshops are all about fun and experimentation!
We are partnering with Common Plea Catering to provide participants with an optional meal with each workshop which you can add on during booking via Acuity scheduler. The booking page also allows entry of any dietary restrictions or sensitivities. Thirty additional minutes will be allotted at the end of each workshop - and at the beginning of the evening workshop - for those who chose a meal from Common Plea. A snack such as a piece of fruit or a granola bar, and a beverage will be included with each workshop.

We are strictly following all CDC and local rules and guidelines for the prevention of COVID-19. Parents/caretakers will not be allowed to stay beyond drop off or pickup. All participants and instructors will be required to wear masks at all times during workshop activities, without compromise. Each participant will be using individualized materials for workshop activities. Participants will have their temperature digitally taken upon entrance.
